William has considerable professional experience in engineering geology and water engineering.
He is a capable and motivated manager with experience in relief and development work as well as organizational capacity building both in the UK and overseas. As well as having experience in ground engineering, William is a skilled flood risk assessor, modeller and remedial designer with Masterplanning experience. William brings value to a project via problem solving and proven organizational abilities. William has a proven track record in this industry and is well respected within his field of expertise.
Douglas has a strong history within the Scottish land development arena, having accumulated a wealth of experience in geology, site investigation, hydrology and hydraulic modelling both here in the UK and across Australia.
He has gained experience and proficiency in water resource management, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS), hydraulic modelling, flood risk assessment and flood mitigation design utilising a variety of software packages including the DHI MIKE suite, TUFLOW, InfoWorks and HEC-RAS. He also brings with him skills and proficiency in data capture, management and manipulation through the use of GIS.
As well as having experience in the water side of the business, Douglas has a strong foundation in environmental and geotechnical site investigation, is a qualified health and safety specialist and is an experienced project manager.

Jennifer has worked in the consultancy sector since the year 2000 with experience in Office Management, Health and Safety and Training with the development of an award winning In House Learning /Training Initiative.
Her main role with Terrenus Land & Water Ltd is currently in General Administration with a developing remit in contaminated land assessment.
Fraser Duff has wide and considerable professional and practical experience in engineering geology, risk assessment and environmental engineering since graduating in 1981.
He has worked in senior positions in a wide variety of fields both in Scotland and beyond and has extensive experience in managing all sizes of site investigations, ground remediation, landfill engineering, mine stabilisation and earthworks projects. This experience is supported by strong reporting skills and an ability to communicate highly technical issues in a
George Shepherd, has over thirty years experience in ground engineering, working for Local Authority, Specialist Contractors, and Consulting Engineers. He has gained experience in the ground investigation for roads, motorways, structures, housing developments and for subsidence damage investigations. He has investigated abandoned mine workings and designed and implemented bulk filling of mineral voids. As Engineer’s Representative he supervised remedial works on the Settle – Carlisle railway, often in emergency conditions when solutions had to be implemented before formal designs could be carried out. An area of expertise is in the assessment of soils for treatment using a variety of binders.
